En vista de lo anteriormente descrito y con el propósito de presentar una opción mejorada, es objeto de la invención ofrecer un método de tratamiento para eliminar magnesio durante la producción de una aleación de aluminio A380, en específico durante su estado líquido en el horno, con el fin de obtener una aleación de baja densidad, resistencia mecánica y alta resistencia a la corrosión, a través de un agente reactivo compuesto por zeolita mineral y potencializado con nanopartículas de SiO2(NPS), que logra eficiencias superiores al 80% de eliminación de magnesio en 55 minutos de procesamiento, impactando en el consumo energético y bajando costos asociados al consumo de energía, operación y materia prima. |
