Through this process, the soda-lime glass is activated, which allows obtaining alternative materials with cementitious properties when mixed with fly ash and gypsum. The above can be used to reuse industrial waste products as raw materials for the production of high added value materials which are useful as cementitious materials. Furthermore, cement is not used as raw material in the manufacturing process of these alternative materials, which will reduce costs and have a positive impact on environmental pollution. El presente documento describe un proceso innovador para el desarrollo de nuevos materiales alternativos con propiedades cementantes idóneas. El objetivo de esta invención es proporcionar un método mejorado para la utilización de deshechos inorgánicos, mediante un proceso alternativo de activación, como es la molienda mecano-química y adicionando una solución alcalina para reutilizar y revalorizar residuos vítreos para activarlos mecano-químicamente y mezclarlos con ceniza volante. A través de este proceso, se activara al vidrio sódico-cálcico, el cual el mezclarse con la ceniza volante y yeso permitirán la obtención de materiales alternativos con propiedades cementantes. Lo anterior permitirá reutilizar productos de desecho industrial dándoles un uso como materias primas para la obtención de materiales de alto valor agregado con aplicación como materiales cementantes. Además, no se empleara cemento como materia prima en el proceso de fabricación de estos materiales alternativos, lo que reducirá costos y tendrá un impacto favorable en la contaminación ambiental.
