La invención se refiere a un proceso para la obtención de hidrocarburos, principalmente gasolina a partir del tratamiento térmico de residuos de diversos plásticos como polietileno de alta y baja densidad, polipropileno, tereftalato de polietileno, cloruro de polivinilo, poliuretano y similares. El proceso se basa principalmente en el craqueo térmico directo de los plásticos fundidos utilizando un novedoso reactor de pirólisis dotado de un eficiente intercambiador de calor que posibilita un control de temperatura en un rango de 350º a 400º C. El proceso puede generar un producto de elevada calidad que puede utilizarse en forma directa como combustible para transporte, y no se requiere un costo elevado de infraestructura, tanto para el proceso de craqueo térmico, como para las operaciones de preparación de los productos obtenidos. |
