Se ilustra y se describe un aparato para producir un empaque, en particular, un empaque compuesto para productos alimenticios líquidos, que tiene un área de sección transversal que disminuye en la dirección de vertido en la región en gablete, compuesta de un manguito que tiene una región en gablete que tiene una pluralidad de superficies en gablete y de un elemento de vertido, en donde el aparato tiene por lo menos una rueda de mandril giratorio que tiene una pluralidad de mandriles para retener los manguitos. Se ilustra y describe adicionalmente un método para producir tal empaque y una prensa de gablete para el uso con el aparato mencionado en lo anterior. A fin de permitir una producción más fácil y más rentable, se propone que el aparato tenga una prensa de gablete, asignada a una sola posición de rueda de mandril, para plegar la región en gablete, para conectar toda las superficies en gablete de la región en gablete del manguito al elemento de vertido y para sellar los bordes prominentes en la misma posición de rueda de mandril. |
