PORTABLE MACHINE OF HORIZONTAL FIXED IMPACT HAMMERS INTENDED TO REMOVE THE SHELL, SEPARATE AND EXTRACT THE CAPSULES OF ACHIOTE OR SEEDS OF BIXA ORELLANA FRUIT

A portable machine of horizontal impact hammers for removing the shell, separating and extracting the capsules of Achiote or Bixa Orellana fruit, which is integrated by a system of two discs parallel the vertical, one fixed and the other mobile, which surface has hammers formed by perpendicular rods being equidistant and concentric with one surface of said discs, the hammers being fed from its origin by a worm, this latter element being simultaneously housed in the inner portion of a feeding hopper; the mobile disc is rotated and its hammers freely passed between the hammers of the fixed disc, thus breaking the pods trapped between the hammers, and reducing them in increasingly smaller portions until they are passed through a plate folded in a half circle with a plurality of bores like a sieve, for being subsequently lowered by gravity, falling into a deposit with a constant air flow that generates a fan for separating the capsules of Achiote by weight difference, with regard to the s hell, and falling into a receiving tray; saving time, and effort in the work. Una maquina portátil, de impacto de martillos horizontales, desvainadora, separadora y extractora de cápsulas de Achiote ó fruto de Bixa Orellana, la cual está integrada por un sistema de dos discos en paralelo sobre la vertical, uno fijo y otro móvil, en cuyá superficie se encuentran unos martillos, conformados por varillas perpendiculares, equidistantes y concéntricas a una cara de dichos discos, los cuales son alimentados desde su origen, por medio de un tomillo sin fin y este a su vez se encuentra alojado en el interior de una tolva de alimentación; el disco móvil gira y sus martillos pasan entre los martillos del disco fijo, libremente, quebrando las vainas atrapadas entre ellos a su paso, y minimizándolas en porciones cada vez más pequeñas hasta que pasan a través de una placa doblada en medio circulo con una pluralidad de barrenos a manera de tamiz, para su posterior descenso por gravedad, cayendo a un deposito con una corriente de flujo de aire constante que genera un ventilador separando las cápsulas de Achiote por diferencia de peso, con respecto a la cascarilla, cayendo en una charola receptora; ahorrando tiempo y esfuerzo en su trabajo.
