NOVEL NAPHTHYRIDINE DERIVATIVES AND THE USE THEREOF AS KINASE INHIBITORS

The present invention relates to kinase modulators of the naphthyridine type and to the preparation and use thereof as medicaments for the modulation of misdirected cellular signal transduction processes, in particular for influencing the function of tyrosine and serine/threonine kinases and for the treatment of malignant or benign tumours and other disorders based on pathological cell proliferation, such as, for example, restenosis, psoriasis, arteriosclerosis and cirrhosis of the liver. La presente invención se refiere a moduladores de cinasa del tipo de naftiridina y a la preparación y su uso de los mismos como medicamentos para la modulación de procesos de transducción de señal celular mal dirigida, en particular para influenciar la función de tirosina y serina/treonina cinasas y para el tratamiento de tumores malignos o benignos y otros trastornos basados en proliferación celular patológica, tal como, por ejemplo, restenosis, psoriasis, arteriosclerosis y cirrosis del hígado.
