description A novel process for manufacturing structural profiles of composite materials such as fibreglass and carbon fibre in thermofix and thermoplastic resins in a single step by means of a rigid mould that contains a diffuser tube with a flexible outer membrane that divides the supplying zone of a composite preform impregnated with resin which is continuously supplied, thus remaining between the rigid mould and the diffuser-membrane tube, the use of a suction system in the mould end portions allowing a vacuum to be generated between the membrane and the mould, thus extracting the volatile organic compounds (VOC) and compacting the composite (resin and fibre), while the diffuser tube introduces a hot flow, which expands the membrane in order to provide the final shape to the composite in the rigid mould in a single step, so that avoiding the injection of the resin in the process and being located directly in the fibre preform, thereby being a continuous composite supplying process for mouldin g structures in composite materials of fibreglass and carbon fibre in a plastic matrix. Es un proceso innovador que permite manufacturar perfiles estructurales de materiales compuestos como fibra de vidrio y fibra de carbón en resinas termofijas y termoplásticos en una sola etapa mediante un molde rigido que contiene un tubo difusor con una membrana externa flexible, que divide la zona de alimentación de una preforma de composito impregnada con resina que se alimenta de manera continua quedando entre el molde rigido y el tubo difusor-membrana, mediante un sistema de succion en los extremos del molde se hace vacio entre la membrana y el molde, permitiendo la extracción de compuestos organicos volatiles (VOC) y la compactacion del composito (resina-fibra), a la vez que el tubo difusor introduce un flujo caliente, el cual trabaja expandiendose dicha membrana permitiendo la forma final del composito en el molde rigido en una sola etapa, de esta manera se evita la inyeccion de la resina entre el proceso colocandose directamente en el la preforma de fibra, siendo un proceso de alimentación de composito continuo para moldeo de estructuras en material composito de fibra de vidrio y fibra de carbon en matriz plastica.
