Zusammenfassung:	A system for transporting and installing a preventer valve in a drilling equipment formed by at least a drilling tower located over a drilling well which has a mast; and a drilling substructure which has two vertical lateral bases in a parallel relationship, which are attached in their upper end portion by a ground leveller which includes support beams in its lower portion; where the drilling substructure is able to support, in the support beams of the ground leveller, an overhead crane, this latter device being mountable and dismountable from the drilling structure which allows a preventer valve to be installed over the drilling well. Un sistema para transportar e instalar una válvula preventora en un equipo de perforación conformado por al menos una torre de perforación ubicada sobre un pozo de perforación compuesta por un mástil; y una subestructura de perforación la cual incluye dos bases laterales verticales paralelas entre si; unidas en su extremo superior por un nivel de piso el cual cuenta con vigas de soporte en su parte inferior; en donde la subestructura de perforación se encuentra habilitada para soportar en las vigas de soporte del nivel de piso una grúa elevada, la cual es montable y desmontable de la subestructura de perforación que permite transportar e instalar una válvula preventora sobre el pozo de perforación.
