Se describen en la presente composiciones inyectables radio-opacas para el aumento de tejidos y en particular aumento de tejidos duros, y kits y métodos de uso de las mismas. Las composiciones inyectables forman matrices de fibrina porosas, biológicamente degradables. Las composiciones se forman a partir de fibrinógeno, trombina u otro agente que provoque que se reticule el fibrinógeno, y sales de estroncio. Se incorpora además opcionalmente un agente de contraste yodado en la composición. En determinados aspectos, las composiciones no tienen sustancialmente exotermicidad cuando forman la matriz y las matrices resultantes muestran propiedades mecánicas que se observan típicamente en los elastómeros. Se alcanza una radio-opacidad adecuada a través de la incorporación de sales de estroncio en combinación o no con agentes de contraste yodados. |
