Zusammenfassung: | The present invention refers to a device for controlling the flow of granular solids by means of the intermittent injection of air and gas, which geometry and operation mode is simple, of a great versatility and widely applied in the food industry where grains and seeds are handled, also in operations involving transport, supply, dispense and unload activities. The inventive device may be adapted to other technological branches for handling active coal, mineral salts, pallets, solid oversize particles (> 10-3 m), which normally result difficult to be fluidized, and which are known as solids type D in the Geldart classification (1973). The purpose of the present invention is to have a device for controlling the flow of solids in a uniform and continuous manned with only injecting air or gas in a controlled and intermittent form, thus removing death zones, clogging and being able to be operated in moderately pressurised systems.
Esta invención se refiere a un dispositivo para el control de flujo de sólidos granulares mediante la inyección intermitente de aire o gas, cuya geometría y modo de operación es simple, de gran versatilidad y con gran aplicación en la industria alimenticia donde se manejan granos y semillas, en operaciones que involucren el transporte, alimentación, dosificación y descarga. Este dispositivo puede adaptarse a otras ramas tecnológicas para manejo de carbón activado, sales minerales, pellets, partículas sólidas de gran tamaño (> 10-3 m), las que normalmente resultan difíciles de fluidizar, conocidos como sólidos tipo "D" de la clasificación de Geldart (1973). El objeto de esta invención es tener un dispositivo de control de flujo de sólidos, uniforme y continuo con tan solo la inyección contralada e intermitente de gas o aire. Sin zonas muertas, atoramientos y que pueda operar en sistemas moderadamente presurizados. |
