Invenţia se referă la zootehnie, şi anume la medii de protecţie a spermei de berbecişi poate fi aplicată pentru diluarea, conservarea prin refrigerare şi păstrarea materialului seminal.Conform invenţiei, se propune un mediu de protecţie pentru conservarea prin refrigerare a spermei de berbeci, care conţine, % vol.: zaharoză 6,4, citrat de sodiu 0,6, gălbenuş de ou 10, soluţie apoasă de 500 mg/ml de manoproteine 0,6-0,8 şi apă bidistilată restul.Rezultatul tehnic al invenţiei constă în majorarea duratei de stocare a spermei refrigerate şi a mobilităţii spermatozoizilor şi reducerea numărului de microorganisme patogene.
