Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to devices for growing unicellular microorganisms and can be used in the food industry, biotechnology, pharmaceutics and microbiology.The fermenter for microbiological processes comprises a cylindrical thermostatted body (1) with a thermostated liquid inlet branch pipe (2), a thermostated liquid outlet branch pipe (2'), a nutrient medium inlet branch pipe (3), made tangentially, and a final product outlet branch pipe (4), a recirculation cylinder (5), congruently installed inside the body (1), the upper part of which is made in the form of a funnel (6). The fermenter also comprises a tubular shaft (8), fixed coaxially to the body (1) with the possibility of rotation, in the upper part of which, inside the body (1), is fixed a mechanical defoamer (10), the upper end of the shaft (8) comprises an air supply nozzle (9), at the same time on the inner part of the body (1), in the form of a spiral are installed fermentable liquid flow guides (7), into which is introduced a microflora fixation charge, the lower end of the shaft (8) is made perforated and communicates with the upper part of a mixing device (12 ), made in the form of a hollow parabolic low-speed turbine, and the lower part of the mixing device (12) communicates with a shaft (16), which by means of a reducer (17) communicates with an electric drive device (18). At the same time, on the outer surface of the mixing device (12) are fixed ribs (13) made in the form of a spiral in the direction of the flow, and on the side lower part of the mixing device (12) are fixed air nozzles (15) to ensure mass transfer. The body (1) is also equipped in the upper part with a hydraulic valve (9') with an air discharge nozzle.
