Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to the pharmaceutical industry, in particular to a process for producing inulin from tubers of Jerusalem artichoke Helianhtus tuberosus L.The process, according to the invention, includes obtaining of chips from the Jerusalem artichoke of a length of 20...45 mm and a thickness of 0.5...1.5 mm, to which is added distilled water with a temperature of 85...95°C in the ratio of 1:2, respectively, extraction of inulin, separation of the extract, pressing of chips, mixing of the extract with the press fraction, filtration, cooling of the extract, heating to boiling, clarification, separation of the precipitate, concentration of the inulin extract to the content of 1.2...1.5 g/ml of soluble substances, inulin crystallization by slow cooling, washing of crystals with cooled ethanol and drying to constant weight. Invenţia se referă la industria farmaceutică, în particular la un procedeu de obţinere a inulinei din tuberculi de topinambur Helianthus tuberosus L.Procedeul, conform invenţiei, include obţinerea tăieţeilor de topinambur cu lungimea de 20...45 mm şi grosimea de 0,5...1,5 mm, la care se adaugă apă distilată cu temperatura de 85...95°C în raport de 1:2 respectiv, extragerea inulinei, separarea extractului, presarea tăieţeilor, amestecarea extractului cu fracţia de presă, filtrarea, răcirea extractului, încălzirea până la fierbere, sedimentarea, separarea sedimentului, concentrarea extractului de inulină până la conţinutul de 1,2...1,5 g/mL de substanţe solubile, cristalizarea inulinei prin răcire lentă, spălarea cristalelor cu etanol răcit şi uscarea până la masă constantă.
