Invenţia se referă la agricultură, în special, la selecţia plantelor şi cultura de seminţe selecţionate.Procedeul, conform invenţiei, include înmuierea seminţelor înainte de semănat timp de 12 ore în soluţie apoasă de 0,01% de glicozidă steroidică 3-O-(tetraozidă)- [(25R)-furost-5-en-3β,22α,26-triol]-26-O-β-D-glucopiranozid, obţinută prin extragere cu apă la încălzire din seminţe de vânătă Solanum melongena L. degresate cu eter etilic.Rezultatul invenţiei constă în sporirea productivităţii de seminţe a ardeiului.
