Inventia se refera la un purtator de informatie electrofotografic si poate fi utilizata in optoelectronica si fotonica pentru inregistrarea imaginilor fotografice si holografice. Purtatorul de informatie electrofotografic include un suport, unstrat de vizualizare din polimer termoplastic si un strat electrofotosensibil pe baza de copolimer al N-vinilcarbazolului sensibilizat cu 2,4,7-trinitrofluorenona. In calitate de copolimer se utilizeaza un copolimer obtinut din N-vinilcarbazol si oalchena superioara 1-octena sau 1-hexadecena in prezenta unui initiator, luate in urmatorul raport al componentelor, % mol:N-vinilcarbazol 40...60alchena superioara 40...58 initiator 1...2.
