The invention relates to the equipment of the petrol stations and may be used in the fuel dispensing systems.The fuel dispenser comprises a control system, including a remote control desk, a local control desk, and connected to them a pump-measuring set, containing a pump with electric drive, a coarse filter, a filter-gas separator, a float chamber, a thermal converter, a turbine converter and a distributing cock. The thermal converter is placed into the filter-gas separator and connected to the first input of the local control disk, the second input of which is connected to the turbine converter, and the output - to the electric drive of the pump. The control system additionally contains a programmed regulator, operating according to a worked up in due time program recorded onto a carrier, with the possibility of subsequent automatic read-out and conversion thereof into control signals.
