Se efectueaza o roentgenograma de control si daca se constata o adaptare optimala a fragmentelor, capetele broselor se ciupesc la nivelul pielii. Daca se depisteaza o diastaza intre fragmente, brosele se indoaie si se comprima una spre alta si se fixeaza. Se aplica un pansament aseptic in regiunea inciziilor pielii, apoi o atela ghipsata pe partea palmara, de la nivelul plicei palmare distale pana la nivelul treimii distale a antebratului.
