Invenţia se referă la chimie şi biotehnologie, şi anume la doi compuşi coordinativi ai manganului(II) cu ligandul 2,4,6-tris(2-piridil)-s-triazină, care pot găsi aplicare în calitate de catalizatori şi biostimulatori în diferite procese chimice şi biotehnologice.Conform invenţiei, se revendică compuşii coordinativi izobutirato-cloro-metoxo-(2,4,6-tris(2-piridil)-s-triazină)-mangan(II) metanol solvat cu formula [Mn(is)(Cl)(tpt)(CH3OH)]·CH3OH şi diaqua-nitrato-(2,4,6-tris(2-piridil)-s-triazină)-mangan(II) nitrat cu formula [Mn(NO3)(tpt)(H2O)2](NO3).De asemenea, se revendică procedee de preparare a acestora în reacţia izobutiratului de mangan(II) cu 2,4,6-tris(2-piridil)-s-triazina în prezenţa clorhidratului de 2-[bis(2-hidroxietil)amino]acetonitril în metanol şi în reacţia pivalatului de mangan(II, III) cu 2,4,6-tris(2-piridil)-s-triazina în prezenţa de nitrat de disprosiu(III) în etanol.Compuşii coordinativi revendicaţi posedă proprietăţi de biostimulatori ai sintezei proteazelor exocelulare la tulpina de fungi miceliali Fusarium gibbosum CNMN FD 12.
Изобретение относится к химии и биотехнологии, а именно к двум координационным соединениям марганца(II) с лигандом 2,4,6-трис(2-пиридил)-s-триазин, которые могут найти применение в качестве катализаторов и биостимуляторов в различных химических и биотехнологических процессах.Согласно изобретению, заявляются координационные соединения изобутирато-хлоро-метоксо-(2,4,6-трис(2-пиридил)-s-триазин)-марганца(II) метанол сольват с формулой [Mn(is)(Cl)(tpt)(CH3OH)]·CH3OH и диаква-нитрато-(2,4,6-трис(2-пиридил)-s-триазин)- марганца(II) нитрат с формулой [Mn(NO3)(tpt)(H2O)2](NO3).Также заявляются способы их получения реакцией изобутирата марганца(II) с 2,4,6-трис(2-пиридил)-s-триазином в присутствии хлоргидрата 2-[бис(2-гидроксиэтил)амино] ацетонитрила в метаноле и реакцией пивалата марганца(II, III) с 2,4,6-трис(2-пиридил)-s-триазином в присутствии нитрата диспрозия(III) в этаноле.Заявленные координационные соединения обладают свойствами биостимуляторов синтеза внеклеточных протеаз штамма мицелиальных грибов Fusarium gibbosum CNMN FD 12.</abstract><oa>free_for_read</oa></addata></record> |
