Inventia se refera la medicina, in special la psihiatrie si neurologie. Esenta metodei de tratament al starilor depresive anxioase rezistente consta in administrarea intramusculara a amitriptilinei, in prima zi cate 20 mg la 9.00 si 9.30, cate 40 mg la 10.30, cate 50 mg la 12.30, cate 60 mg la 17.30 si 21.00, in ziua a 2-4-a se administreaza cate 40 mg la 9.00, cate 60 mg la 12.00, cate 70 mg la 17.30 si cate 80 mg la 21.00, iar in urmatoarele 5-10 zile cate 70 mg la 9.00, cate 80 mg la 14.00 si cate 100 mg la 21.00.
