In calitate de sursa de sulfat de cupru si sulfat de fier se utilizeaza solutiile uzate de la corodarea cuprului la producerea placutelor imprimate pe baza de clorura de fier. Rezultatul inventiei consta in obtinerea pigmentilor minerali cu parametri inalti de dispersie si stabilitate foto- si chimica, cu gama de culori de la blemarin pana la rosu-cafeniu. The invention relates to the technology of obtaining polychromatic synthetic mineral pigments for the production of priming, oil-base and polygraphic paints and can be used at varnish-and-paint production enterprises.The mineral pigments for varnish-and-paint materials comprise a mixed complex of copper (II)-iron(III) and ferro(III)-ferri(II) hexacyanide of general formula CuII-FeIII{FeIII[FeII(CN)6]}2 with the dispersion of 0.05...0.20 µm at a copper and iron ratio of (0.05...0.90):(0.95...0.10).The process for producing mineral pigments includes addition to a suspension of winy adhesive precipitates containing Prussian blue of a calcium hydroxide solution, separation by electroflotation of solid impurities, purification of the solution containing water-soluble Prussian blue of general formula Ca{FeIII[FeII(CN)6]}2, treatment thereof with an ultrasonic field with the frequency of 20...40 kHz and the intensity of 1...3 W/cm3 during 5...10 min, addition of a stochiometric quantity of iron sulphate and copper sulphate solution at a pH of 2.5...3.0, separation of the obtained residue, washing, drying and milling thereof. As iron sulphate and copper sulphate source are used spent solutions of copper etching at the production of printed-circuit boards on base of ferric chloride.The result of the invention consists in producing mineral pigments with high parameters of dispersion, light- and chemical fastness, with the colour gamma from aquamarine up to reddish-brown.</abstract><oa>free_for_read</oa></addata></record>
