Invenţia se referă la diagnosticarea echipamentului energetic şi poate fi utilizată pentru detectarea rupturilor tijelor de armătură ale pilonilor din beton armat ai liniilor electrice.Metoda de detectare a rupturilor tijelor de armătură ale pilonilor din beton armat ai liniilor electrice constă în aceea că se amplasează cu posibilitatea deplasării de-a lungul pilonului din beton armat două bobine de inductanţă cu o pereche de circuite, cuplate inductiv prin intermediul materialului feromagnetic al armaturii, se măsoară parametrii caracteristicii de bază amplitudine-frecvenţă a perechii de circuite, inclusiv valorile frecvenţelor care corespund la două cele mai mari şi la una cea mai mică din valorile tensiunii caracteristicii amplitudine-frecvenţă, mărimile acestor tensiuni şi lăţimea benzii de frecvenţă cu înregistrarea rezultatelor măsurărilor, se măsoară parametrii menţionaţi peste un anumit interval de timp, se compară rezultatele măsurărilor obţinute cu cele iniţiale, se determină apariţia rupturilor tijelor de armătură după diferenţa dintre valorile parametrilor.
