Zusammenfassung: | The invention solves the problems of existing large-sized 7xxx series aluminum alloy ingots, such as spoor metallurgical quality, small ingot size, and insufficient deformation of a rolled ultra-thick plate resulting in substandard comprehensive properties of the plate. The method includes: Step 1. Weighing and melting; Step 2. Carrying out refining and purifying, treatment with online two-stage degassing and two-stage filter devices, casting and addition of a refiner in sequence to obtain a large-size 7xxx alloy ingot blank; and Step 3. Carrying out homogenization heat treatment, face milling and sawing in sequence, then ending the method. The large-sized ingot of the invention meets the metal quantity requirement of the finished plate with a full size of 120 mm×1500 mm×18000 mm. The invention increases the yield rate and obviously improves the metallurgical quality of the ingot and the flaw detection yield of the plate. |
