Beschreibung
Zusammenfassung:The present invention belongs to the field of iron and steel metallurgy and relates to a method for producing hydrogen-based reduced iron from coke oven gas. According to the method, the coke oven gas is purified and heated, then the heated coke oven gas and oxygen are subjected to a low-pressure conversion reaction, and the produced hydrogen-rich feed gas enters a high-temperature mixer; and a top gas generated in a hydrogen-based shaft furnace is pretreated and compressed, and then partly used as a fuel for a regenerative heating furnace, most of the top gas enters a CO2 oxidization furnace after heat exchange in the regenerative heating furnace for treatment, and the hydrogen-rich feed gas is decarburized and then mixed with the hydrogen-rich feed gas at a high temperature in a proportion to obtain a qualified reducing gas for use in the hydrogen-based shaft furnace. The reducing gas that meets the requirements of the hydrogen-based reduced iron is prepared by the method of the invention. The method is simple and convenient in process, has a high resource utilization, and meets the requirements that the hydrogen-based reduced iron completely meets the need of the efficient use of the coke oven gas (COG) in the field of iron and steel metallurgy. Therefore, the method provides a practical method and idea for "low carbon" development and "hydrogen metallurgy" in the field of iron and steel metallurgy.
