Zusammenfassung: | Disclosed is a method for rapidly detecting a residual quantity of sulfonamides in honey, including the following steps: adding 1-5 g of honey into 5-25 mL of water, and performing ultrasonic treatment for 5-10 min to obtain a honey aqueous solution; putting the solution in a centrifuge tube, adding a 1-12% sodium chloride solution and 0.2-2 mL of acetonitrile to obtain a mixed solution; adding 10-100 microliters of tetrachloroethane, and swirling the tube for 1-3 min to form a homogeneous emulsion; centrifugalizing the emulsion at 4,000 r/m for 2-5 min to divide the emulsion into a top phase solution and a bottom phase solution; evaporating the bottom phase emulsion to dryness, and re-dissolving the dried product with acetonitrile to obtain a test solution; and separating and detecting the test solution, performing qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis, and performing calculation to obtain a residual quantity of sulfonamides in the honey. |
