The invention discloses a ventilating device which comprises a filtering mechanism, a heat exchange mechanism, a silencing noise-reducing mechanism and an efficient filtering mechanism arranged in a device box body; wherein an outdoor air inlet is positioned at an inlet of the filtering mechanism, the air outlet of the filtering mechanism is communicated with the heat exchange mechanism, a cleaning unit and a metal net are arranged in the filtering mechanism, the metal net is arranged close to the filtering mechanism, and the cleaning unit is used for cleaning the filter net; the heat exchange mechanism comprises a heat exchanger and a fan, outdoor air passes through the heat exchanger and is communicated with the silencing and noise-reducing mechanism, and indoor air passes through the heat exchanger and is discharged out of the room through the fan; the efficient filtering mechanism is used for further filtering outdoor air silenced by the silencing noise-reducing mechanism, and the air outlet of the efficient filtering mechanism is communicated indoor. The ventilating device is simple and reasonable in structural design, cost is saved, the application range is wide, the replacement and maintenance frequency of the filter screen is reduced, and the service life of the unit is prolonged.
