Zusammenfassung: | The method improves the characteristics of magnetization and glass coating of the grain oriented electrical sheet to be useful for iron cores of transformers and other electrical appliances. An ingot comprising by weight 0.01-0.1 % of C, 2.5-4.0 % Si, 0.04-0.1 % Mn, 0.01-0.05 % S and the balance Fe is hot rolled to the thickness of 2.0-2.3 mm in a common manner to undergo a pre-annealing at 900 deg.C for more than 1 min.. The pre-annealed sheet is twice cold rolled with an intermediate annealing to the thickness of 0.27 mm to be subjected to a decarburization annealing in the atmosphere of H2:N2 = 25:75 and Dew Point 45 deg.C at 830 deg.C for more than 1 min. and undergo a high temperature annealing and an insulation coating. In the course of decarburization annealing, however, heating and cooling in the range of 400-830 deg.C are executed at the rate of more than 4 deg.C/hr for increase or decrease. |
