A tube connecting structure and a connection method thereof are disclosed. According to one aspect of the present invention, a tube connecting structure that transports a vehicle through an internal space provided at a pressure lower than atmospheric pressure may be provided, wherein the tube connecting structure comprises: a plurality of tubes each having a flange with expanded diameters at one end and the other end; a fastening member provided to surround the outer peripheral surfaces of the flanges adjacent to each other; and a sealing member provided between the two adjacent flanges to seal the space between the adjacent tubes, wherein the sealing member is in close contact with the two flanges in the inward direction of the tube due to a pressure difference between the outside and inside of the tube. |
