Zusammenfassung:In accordance with the present embodiments, provided is a steering control device including: a first control part controlling a motor generating a steering assistance force or a steering reaction of a vehicle by receiving power from a first power supply part; and a second control part controlling the motor by receiving power from a second power supply part when the first control part is disabled, and including a power voltage measurement part detecting an input voltage of the second power supply part and an inverse voltage protection part provided on one side of the power voltage measurement part, wherein when the motor is controlled by the first control part, the power voltage measurement part detects the input voltage of the second power supply part in a state in which a switch of the inverse voltage protection part is open. Therefore, the present invention enables a quick role change under motor control by a second electronic control device when a first electronic control device is disabled. 본 실시예들은 제1 전원 공급부로부터 전원을 공급받아 차량의 조향 보조력 또는 조향 반력을 생성하는 모터를 제어는 제1 제어부 및 제2 전원 공급부로부터 전원을 공급받아 제1 제어부가 작동 불능되면 모터를 제어하며, 제2 전원 공급부의 입력 전압을 감지하는 전원 전압 측정부와 전원 전압 측정부의 일측에 구비되는 역전압 보호부를 포함하는 제2 제어부를 포함하며, 제1 제어부에 의해 모터가 제어될 경우, 전원 전압 측정부는 역전압 보호부의 스위치가 열린 상태에서 제2 전원 공급부의 입력 전압을 감지하는 조향 제어 장치를 제공할 수 있다.
