description The present invention relates to a welding bead inspection apparatus which inspects the shape of welding beads. An objective of the present invention is to provide a welding bead inspection apparatus which can capture the shape of beads formed during the welding process of pipelines and inspect the welding quality and condition. The welding bead inspection apparatus of the present invention comprises: an image sensor unit (10) capturing the shape of welding beads in an inwardly open internal space formed in the middle inside of a housing part (60); and a lighting unit (30) providing direct or indirect illumination to the welding beads. The housing part (60) is mounted on the outer surface of the pipe and has a pipe mounting curvature formed on the lower side of the housing part (60) to allow the welding beads to slide along the outer surface. Accordingly, the welding bead inspection apparatus inspects a target object by rotating and moving along the outer circumference of a pipe (P), thereby enabling the welding beads (B) to be inspected quickly and accurately due to a simple inspection operation even in a complex equipment structure. 본 발명은 용접 비드의 형상을 검사하는 용접 비드 검사 장치에 관한 것으로서, 배관의 용접 과정에서 생성된 비드의 형상을 촬영하여 용접 품질 및 상태 등을 검사할 수 있는 용접 비드 검사 장치를 제공하려는 것이다. 이를 위해 본 발명의 용접 비드 검사 장치는, 하우징부(60)의 중간 내측에 형성된 하방 개방된 내측 공간에서 용접 비드의 형상을 촬영하는 영상센서부(10); 및 상기 용접 비드에 직접적으로 또는 간접적으로 조명광을 제공하는 조명부(30);를 포함하여 구성되고, 상기 하우징부(60)는 상기 파이프의 외표면에 거치되어 상기 외표면을 따라 슬라이딩 이동 가능하도록 하우징부(60)의 하측에 파이프 거치곡면이 형성되어, 검사 대상 파이프(P)의 외주면을 따라 이동회전시켜 검사함으로써 복잡한 설비 구조에서도 간단한 검사 작업으로 인해 용접 비드(B)를 신속하면서도 정확하게 검사할 수 있게 된다.
