Zusammenfassung:The present invention relates to a waste plastic pyrolysis device which comprises: a reactor which accommodates waste plastic inside; a burner which heats the reactor to generate steam from the waste plastic inside the reactor; a recovery unit which cools the generated steam at a predetermined cooling temperature and recovers pyrolysis oil, which is condensed in response to the cooling temperature; and a jacket unit which surrounds an outer circumferential surface of the reactor and accommodates cooling water inside to cool the reactor so that a temperature of the outer circumferential surface of the heated reactor does not exceed a predetermined limit temperature to prevent cracking of the reactor. Accordingly, since an expensive reactor does not need to be provided to prevent cracks in the reactor, safety, profitability, and economy can be improved when chemical recycling is performed using the waste plastic pyrolysis device. 본 발명은 폐플라스틱을 내부에 수용하는 반응로; 상기 반응로를 가열하여, 상기 반응로 내의 폐플라스틱으로부터 유증이 생성되게 하는 버너; 상기 생성된 유증을 소정의 냉각온도에서 냉각하여, 상기 냉각온도에 대응하여 응축되는 열분해유를 회수하는 회수부; 및 상기 반응로의 외주면을 감싸며, 상기 가열되는 반응로의 외주면의 온도가 상기 반응로의 크랙 방지를 위하여 기정의된 한계온도를 초과하지 않도록 상기 반응로를 냉각하기 위한 냉각수를 내부에 수용하는 재킷부를 포함하는 폐플라스틱 열분해장치에 의해 달성될 수 있다. 이에 의하면, 반응로의 크랙 방지를 위해 고가 재질의 반응로를 마련하지 않아도 되므로, 폐플라스틱 열분해장치를 활용한 화학 재활용 시 안전성, 수익성 및 경제성을 제고할 수 있다.
