A system for integrated management of road problems using autonomous driving technology-based road name addresses, presented in the present invention, comprises: a sensor unit which uses a recognition sensor of an autonomous vehicle to collect road problem situation data including potholes, road cracks, illegal piles and obstacles on a road, malfunctioning traffic lights, and covered traffic lights and signs; an image processing unit which performs image processing including a pre-processing process on the road problem situation data collected by the sensor unit to recognize a road problem situation, a candidate extraction process, and a cascade detection process; and a determination unit which converts GPS information of the road into a road name address to directly transmit the image-processed road problem situation data to an organization in charge of the relevant road and maps the data in a database to a map to enable recognition of the problematic location. According to embodiments of the present invention, problems can be solved in advance by the patrol conducted by autonomous vehicles, and as a result, it is possible to obtain an accident-preventing effect. 자율주행 기술 기반 도로명주소를 이용한 도로문제통합관리 방법 및 시스템이 제시된다. 본 발명에서 제안하는 자율주행 기술 기반 도로명주소를 이용한 도로문제통합관리 시스템은 포트홀, 도로균열, 도로 위 불법 적치물 및 장애물, 신호등 고장 및 가려진 신호등과 표지판을 포함하는 도로문제 상황 데이터를 수집하기 위해 자율주행차량의 인지센서를 활용하는 센서부, 도로문제 상황을 인식하기 위해 상기 센서부를 통해 수집된 도로문제 상황 데이터에 대하여 전처리 과정, 후보 추출 과정, 캐스케이드 검출 과정을 포함하는 이미지 처리를 수행하는 이미지 처리부 및 상기 이미지 처리된 도로문제 상황 데이터를 해당 도로의 담당 기관으로 직접 전송하기 위해 해당 도로의 GPS 정보를 도로명주소로 변환하고 데이터베이스 상의 데이터를 지도에 매핑하여 문제장소를 파악하는 판단부를 포함한다.
