The present invention relates to a packaging box with a foldable structure for improved packaging. The packaging box comprises: an inner box which has a structure capable of being opened and closed, and storing products which are subject to packaging for cosmetics and daily necessities; and an outer box having a foldable structure capable of accommodating the inner box inside, but capable of accommodating all or only part of the inner box. Accordingly, since the packaging box is designed with a structure (foldable) that allows for easy packaging with just a single folding operation, user convenience can be enhanced by securely packaging and carrying products such as cosmetics and daily necessities, and costs can be reduced as it eliminates the need for a separate shopping bag during transportation. 본 발명은 포장이 향상되는 접이식 구조로 이루어진 포장용 상자에 관한 것으로, 폐함과 개함이 가능한 구조로 이루어지며, 화장품, 생활필수품의 포장대상이 되는 상품을 수납할 수 있는 내부상자; 및 접이식 구조로 이루어져 상기 내부상자를 내부에 수용이 가능하되, 상기 내부상자 전체나 일부만 수용이 가능한 외부상자; 를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 기술적 특징으로 하여 단 한번의 접는 조작만으로 손쉽게 포장이 가능한 구조(접이식)로 이루어져 판매에 따른 안전하게 화장품, 생활필수품 등으로 이루어진 상품을 포장 및 휴대할 수 있어 사용자의 편의성이 증대되고, 휴대 시 별도의 쇼핑백을 필요로 하지 않으므로 그에 따른 비용을 저감시킬 수 있는 효과가 있다.
