Washing machine with drying function

Disclosed is a combined washer and dryer. The combined washer and dryer comprises: a cabinet having a laundry input opening provided on the front surface thereof; a tub disposed inside the cabinet and having a front opening and a rear opening provided thereon to be connected to the laundry input opening; a drum arranged inside the tub to be able to rotate; a hot air supply device including a heat exchange part disposed above the tub, a front duct for allowing the front opening to communicate with the heat exchange part, a rear duct for allowing the rear opening to communicate with the heat exchange part, and an air blower fan for forming an airflow passing from the rear duct through the heat exchange part to the front duct; a lint filter disposed inside the rear duct to filter lint included in the air passing through the rear duct; a sensor fixed to the lint filter to detect lint filtered in the lint filter; a cleaning device arranged above the lint filter and selectively spraying cleaning water toward the lint filter; and a processor for controlling the cleaning device to spray the cleaning water toward the lint filter if lint is determined to be captured in the lint filter based on a signal received from the sensor.
