When cleaning and reproducing a capillary used in a semiconductor wire bonding process, a case assigned an identification code is moved together with the capillary through a fixing jig. Capillary images before and after a regeneration process are managed by identification code. Therefore, it is possible to provide reliability and traceability.
본 발명은 반도체 와이어본딩 공정에 사용되는 캐필러리를 세척하여 재생함에 있어 식별코드가 부여된 케이스를 캐필러리와 함께 고정지그를 통해 함께 이동시키며 재생 공정 전후의 캐필러리 영상을 식별코드별로 관리함으로 신뢰성과 추적성을 부여하는 영상 데이터 공유를 통한 재생 캐필러리 관리 시스템 및 방법에 관한 것이다. |
