Zusammenfassung:The present invention relates to a head lamp cooling system. The system includes: a light source mounted on a circuit board; a reflector for changing a path of light emitted from the light source to the front of the vehicle; a heat dissipation unit including a plurality of heat dissipation fins which receive heat generated from the light source and dissipate the heat to the outside; a lens housing on which a lens is mounted and provided in front of the reflector; and a flat vapor chamber which disperses heat generated from the light source and transfers the heat to the heat emitting unit. According to the present invention, thermal emissivity can be improved through TAC surface treatment of the heat dissipation fin. 본 발명은 헤드 램프 냉각 시스템에 관한 것이다. 상기 시스템은, 회로기판에 장착된 광원; 상기 광원으로부터 방출되는 빛의 경로를 차량의 전방으로 변경하기 위한 리플렉터; 상기 광원에서 발생하는 열을 전달받아 외부로 방출하는 복수의 방열핀을 포함하는 열방출부; 렌즈가 장착되며, 상기 리플렉터의 전방에 구비되는 렌즈 하우징; 및 상기 광원에서 발생하는 열을 분산시켜 상기 열방출부에 전달하는 평판 형태의 베이퍼 챔버를 포함할 수 있다.
