Zusammenfassung:	The present disclosure is to provide a refrigerator, a refrigerator control method, and a recording medium storing a computer program capable of acquiring information about meat products for predicting the ripening of meat products and accurately predicting the ripeness of the meat products. According to the present invention, provided is a refrigerator control method including the steps of: obtaining identification information of a meat product; obtaining slaughter date information of the meat food based on the identification information of the meat product; obtaining information on parts of the meat product; and, based on the obtained slaughter date information and information on the parts, generating ripening information including a ripeness degree for each ripening period of the meat product; outputting the ripening information; and aging the meat product at a set temperature and humidity. 냉장고의 제어 방법에 있어서, 육류 식품의 식별 정보를 획득하는 단계; 육류 식품의 식별 정보에 기초하여, 육류 식품의 도축일 정보를 획득하는 단계; 육류 식품의 부위 정보를 획득하는 단계; 획득된 도축일 정보 및 획득된 부위 정보에 기초하여, 육류 식품의 숙성 기간 별 숙성도를 포함하는 숙성 정보를 생성하는 단계; 숙성 정보를 출력하는 단계; 및 육류 식품을 설정 온도 및 설정 습도에서 숙성시키는 단계를 포함하는 냉장고 제어 방법이 제공된다.
