The zero-order resonant antenna according to one embodiment includes: a first transmission line; a second transmission line connected to the first transmission line through one end and a second electrically open port through the other end; and a parallel element connected to the first transmission line, the second transmission line, and a ground line, and having a radiation conductance component and a parallel inductance component of a pre-designed size.
