Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a food texture measuring apparatus and a food texture measuring method, and more specifically, to a food texture measuring apparatus which can simultaneously measure the texture pattern of an object to be inspected and can measure texture corresponding to the size and shape of the object to be inspected. The food texture measuring apparatus of the present invention comprises: a frame in which a power device is embedded; a stage module which is connected to the frame and allows an object to be inspected to be placed thereon; and a probe module which is connected to the frame, is positioned on the stage module, and allows the position thereof to be varied. 본 발명은 식품 텍스쳐 측정 장치 및 식품 텍스쳐 측정 방법에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는, 피검사물의 텍스쳐 패턴을 동시에 측정할 수 있으며 피검사물의 크기 및 형상에 대응한 텍스쳐 측정이 가능한 식품 텍스쳐 측정 장치에 관한 것이다.
