In addition, the present invention provides a technology which preserves the content of omega-3 fatty acids to maintain functions of feeds and removes cyanide to increase the safety of feeds. 본 발명은 특수 공정을 통해 아마종실의 사료 내 유지의 산패를 막고 청산을 저감시키는 사료 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 고온 고압의 팽화 과정을 포함하는 팽화 압출 과정; 항산화제 첨가 과정; 진공 포장 과정; 을 포함하도록 하여 산패 방지 효과를 증가시킨 가축사료의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 이를 통해 TBARS 분석과 산가 및 과산화물가 지표에서 본 발명의 제조 공정 기술이 아마종실 내 유지 성분의 산패를 방지시킨다는 것을 확인하였으며, 오메가-3 지방산의 함량을 보존하여 사료의 기능성을 유지시키고 청산을 제거함으로써 사료의 안전성을 높이는 기술이 제공된다.
