description The present invention relates to technology related to a ceramic cup, which provides a ceramic cup used in the shape of a funnel when pouring molten metal into a mold, wherein the ceramic cup has enhanced instantaneous fire resistance in an area where molten metal mainly comes in contact as well as continuous fire resistance. The raw material composition for producing a precision-cast ceramic cup has 100 wt% of a basic composition consisting of 50±3 wt% of mullite, 30±3 wt% of clay, and 20±3 wt% of cordierite at a raw material mixing ratio and can be used for producing a precision-cast ceramic cup by mixing 40±3 parts by weight of process water with 100 parts by weight of the basic composition. The raw material of the present invention is a means to replace expensive imported raw materials used to obtain ceramic cups used during the precision casting process to manufacture turbines needed domestically for the aviation and shipbuilding industries and is used in combination with wax in the precision casting process or provided as a ceramic cup acting as a funnel through which molten metal is poured into the mold. 본 발명은 용융금속(용탕)의 몰드 주입 시 깔대기 형상으로 사용되는 세라믹컵을 제공하되 지속적인 내화도는 물론이고, 용융된 금속이 집중적으로 닿는 부 위의 순간적인 내화도를 높인 세라믹 컵 관련 기술이다. 본원은 정밀주조용 세라믹컵 제조용 원료조성물에서, 뮬라이트 50±3wt%, 점토 30±3wt%, 코디아라이트 20±3wt%의 원료혼합비율로 100wt%의 기본조성을 이루고, 기본조성물 100중량부에 공정수(물)가 40±3 중량부 비율로 혼합되어 정밀주조용 세라믹컵 제조에 사용되도록 적용되는 정밀주조용 세라믹컵 제조용 원료조성물 을 제공하여 국내에서 항공 및 조선산업에 필요한 터빈을 제작하는 정밀주조 공정 중에 사용되는 세라믹 컵을 얻기 위해 사용되는 값비싼 수입원료를 대체하기 위한 수단으로 정밀주조 과정에서 왁스와 결합되어 사용되거나, 용융금속을 몰드에 부어넣는 세라믹 컵으로 깔대기 역활을하도록 제공되는 등의 용도에 사용되는 기술이다.
