The present invention relates to an adhesive film which comprises: a first substrate; a first adhesive layer stacked on the first substrate; a middle resin layer stacked on the first adhesive layer; a second adhesive layer stacked on the middle resin layer; and a second substrate stacked on the second adhesive layer. The middle resin layer is a cured product layer of a composition for forming a middle resin layer, comprising a first silicone resin containing units represented by (i) to (iii), and a first hydride silicon compound represented by chemical formula 2. The composition for forming the middle resin layer comprises 15-20 parts by weight of the first hydride silicon compound based on 100 parts by weight of the first silicone resin.
