Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a thermoplastic resin composition and a molded article comprising the same, and more specifically, to a thermoplastic resin composition containing a thermoplastic resin, a polysiloxane-polycarbonate copolymer resin, a modified acrylic copolymer, and inorganic particles combined in a specific content ratio to have an external appearance of a terrazzo texture as well as enhanced impact resistance, and a molded article comprising the same. 본 발명은 열가소성 수지 조성물 및 이를 포함하는 성형품에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는, 열가소성 수지, 폴리실록산-폴리카보네이트 공중합체 수지, 변성 아크릴계 공중합체 및 무기 입자를 특정 함량비로 조합하여 포함함으로써, 테라조 질감의 외관을 나타내는 동시에 내충격성도 강화된 열가소성 수지 조성물 및 이를 포함하는 성형품에 관한 것이다.
