Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a composition for suppressing aging-related symptoms in cells and preventing or treating age-related diseases, containing as an active ingredient of a senolytic agent, an extract of Meliatoosendan extract, fraction, or limonoid compounds isolated therefrom. The extract, fraction, or limonoid compound isolated and purified from Meliatoosendan show excellent effects in suppressing aging phenotypes and activating reduced autophagy in aging. The same can be usefully applied to medicines, health functional foods, food additives, natural cosmetics, or the like by alleviating the pathological progression of age-related diseases such as Idiopathic Pulmonary Fibrosis (IPF). 본 발명은 천련자 (Meliatoosendan) 추출물, 분획물 또는 이로부터 분리한 리모노이드 화합물을 세놀리틱 제제의 유효성분으로 포함하는 세포의 노화 관련 증상 억제 및 노화 관련 질환을 예방 또는 치료하는 조성물에 관한 것으로, 천련자로부터 얻은 추출물, 분획물 또는 이로부터 분리 정제한 리모노이드 화합물은 노화 표현형 억제 및 감소된 노화성 자가포식 능력 (Autophagy)의 활성화 효과가 우수하게 나타나며, 이는 특발성 폐 섬유증 (Idiopathic Pulmonary Fibrosis, IPF) 등의 노화 관련 질환의 병리학적 진행을 완화시켜 약품, 건강기능식품, 식품 첨가제, 천연 화장품 등에 유용하게 적용될 수 있다.
