description The present invention relates to a termination connection material, and an installation device and an installation method thereof. The termination connection material relates is installed at an end part of an underground cable including a conductor, an insulating layer, and an external semiconducting layer. The termination connection material comprises: a body that is formed in a hollow cylindrical shape to surround an external semiconducting layer and an insulating layer of the underground cable and is made of a material that is flexible to be in close contact with the external semiconducting layer and the insulating layer; and a ring-shaped gap removal member that is installed between the underground cable and the body and is in close contact with an end part formed by stepping with the insulating layer of the external semiconducting layer and an outer surface of the insulating layer, so as to prevent partial discharge from occurring in a gap with the underground cable. 본 발명은 종단접속재, 이의 설치장치 및 설치방법에 관한 것으로, 종단접속재는 도체, 절연층, 및 외부반도전층을 구비하는 지중케이블의 종단부에 장착되는 종단접속재에 관한 것으로, 지중케이블의 외부반도전층과 절연층을 감싸도록 중공의 원통 형상으로 형성되며, 신축이 가능한 재질로 마련되어 외부반도전층과 절연층에 밀착되는 몸체, 지중케이블과 몸체 사이에 구비되고 외부반도전층의 절연층과 단차지며 형성되는 단부와 절연층의 외측면에 밀착되는 링 형상의 공극제거부재를 포함하여 지중케이블과의 공극에서 부분방전이 발생되는 것을 방지한다.
