Zusammenfassung:An objective of the present invention is to provide a kimchi seasoning composition prepared by using salt having fish sauce coated on a surface thereof and/or salt having kimchi juice coated on a surface thereof. Provided are a kimchi seasoning composition containing salt having fish sauce coated on a surface thereof, salt having kimchi juice coated on a surface thereof, or a combination thereof, a method for preparing salt having fish sauce or kimchi juice coated on a surface thereof, the method comprising the steps of: mixing salt with fish sauce or kimchi juice; vacuum-drying the mixture thereof after mixing; and grinding the mixture thereof to obtain powder after vacuum-drying, a method for preparing a kimchi seasoning composition, the method comprising the steps of: preparing a mixture by mixing salt having fish sauce or kimchi juice coated on a surface thereof, salt having fish sauce coated on a surface thereof, salt having kimchi juice coated on a surface thereof, red pepper powder, sugar, refined salt, garlic powder, spring onion powder, and onion powder; adding kimchi-flavored seasoning to the mixture so that the mixture is coated with the kimchi-flavored seasoning; and adding lactic acid bacteria to the mixture coated with the kimchi-flavored seasoning, and a kimchi seasoning composition prepared by the method for preparing a kimchi seasoning composition. 액젓이 표면에 코팅된 소금, 김치국물이 표면에 코팅된 소금 또는 이들의 조합을 포함하는 김치 시즈닝 조성물, 액젓 또는 김치국물과 소금을 혼합하는 단계; 상기 혼합 후 진공건조하는 단계; 및 상기 진공건조 후 분쇄하여 분말화하는 단계를 포함하는 액젓 또는 김치국물이 표면에 코팅된 소금 제조방법, 액젓 또는 김치국물이 표면에 코팅된 소금, 액젓이 표면에 코팅된 소금, 김치국물이 표면에 코팅된 소금, 고춧가루, 설탕, 정제염, 마늘분말, 대파분말 및 양파분말을 혼합하여 혼합물을 제조하는 단계; 상기 혼합물에 김치향미유를 첨가하여, 상기 혼합물에 상기 김치향미유를 코팅시키는 단계; 및 상기 김치향미유로 코팅된 혼합물에 유산균을 첨가하는 단계를 포함하는 김치 시즈닝 조성물 제조방법 및 상기 김치 시즈닝 조성물 제조방법으로 제조된 김치 시즈닝 조성물이 제공된다.
