BIM BIM SYSTEM AND DESIGN METHOD FOR SHOP DRAWING OF REMODELING MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT

The present invention relates to a BIM system for shop drawing of remodeling mechanical equipment and a design method thereof, capable of rapidly and conveniently processing documentation and modeling of mechanical equipment. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the BIM system for shop drawing of remodeling mechanical equipment includes: a mechanical equipment modeling unit executing modeling about mechanical equipment according to a modeling condition when the modeling condition is received according to a modeling command about the mechanical equipment and a kind of the modeling command; a utility managing unit correcting the modeling about the mechanical equipment according to interfering mechanical equipment of the mechanical equipment and an interference avoidance element for avoiding interference with the interfering mechanical equipment; and a documentation generation unit generating the documentation by putting an exact size or an exact excessive size by line unit about the mechanical equipment modeled by the mechanical equipment modeling unit. 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 리모델링 기계설비 샵드로잉을 위한 BIM 시스템은 기계 설비에 대한 모델링 명령 및 상기 모델링 명령의 종류에 따라 모델링 조건을 수신하면, 상기 모델링 조건에 따라 기계 설비에 대한 모델링을 실행하는 기계 설비 모델링부, 상기 기계 설비의 간섭 기계 설비 및 상기 간섭 기계 설비와의 간섭을 회피하기 위한 간섭 회피 요소에 따라 상기 기계 설비에 대한 모델링을 수정하는 유틸리티 관리부 및 상기 기계 설비 모델링부에 의해 모델링된 기계 설비에 대해서 줄 단위 별로 실 치수 또는 실 과잉 치수를 기입하여 도큐멘테이션을 생성하는 도큐멘테이션 생성부를 포함한다.
