Zusammenfassung:The present invention provides a method for manufacturing a silicon/graphene/carbon nanofiber composite using electrostatic self-assembly, the method comprising: (a) adding a predetermined silicon nanopowder to a piranha solution, stirring the same, filtering the same, washing and drying the same, dispersing the dried silicon nanopowder in deionized water, adding APTES and stirring the same to synthesize a Si@APTES solution; (b) synthesizing a Si@N-doped rGO dispersion by mixing a mixture of urea added to the GO solution and the Si@APTES solution synthesized in step (a) with an ethanol aqueous solution; (c) adding a predetermined CNF to the Si@N-doped rGO dispersion synthesized in step (b) and stirring the same to synthesize a Si@N-doped GO/CNF composite; and (d) synthesizing the Si@N-doped rGO/CNF composite by thermally reducing the Si@N-doped GO/CNF composite synthesized in step (c) through a heat treatment process. In addition, a method for manufacturing a secondary battery using the Si@N-doped rGO/CNF composite as a negative electrode material is provided. It is possible to successfully achieve cost-saving and eco-friendly design concepts. 본 발명은, (a) 소정의 실리콘 나노분말을 피라냐 용액에 첨가하여 교반시키고 여과, 세척 및 건조 후에, 탈이온수에 건조된 실리콘 나노분말을 분산시키고 APTES를 첨가하고 교반하여 Si@APTES 용액을 합성하는 단계; (b) GO 용액에 요소를 첨가한 혼합물과 상기 (a) 단계에서 합성한 Si@APTES 용액을 에탄올 수용액에 혼합하여 Si@N-도핑된 rGO 분산액을 합성하는 단계; (c) 상기 (b) 단계에서 합성된 Si@N-도핑된 rGO 분산액에 소정의 CNF를 첨가하고 교반하여 Si@N-도핑된 GO/CNF 복합체를 합성하는 단계; 및 (d) 상기 (c) 단계에서 합성된 Si@N-도핑된 GO/CNF 복합체를 열처리 과정을 통해 열적 환원된 Si@N-도핑된 rGO/CNF 복합체를 합성하는 단계;를 포함하는 정전기 자가조립을 이용한 실리콘/그래핀/탄소나노섬유 복합체 제조방법을 제공한다. 또한, 상기 Si@N-도핑된 rGO/CNF 복합체를 음극재로 사용하는 이차전지 제조제조방법을 제공한다.
