Zusammenfassung:The present invention relates to a coating solution which includes: a first nanoparticle including a first metal oxide nanoparticle; a second nanoparticle including a second metal oxide nanoparticle; a third nanoparticle including a third metal oxide nanoparticle; a silane coupling agent; and an organic solvent, and is used for coating a lithium negative electrode protective film. The lithium negative electrode protective film of the present invention and a manufacturing method thereof improve the stability of a battery by applying the coating solution including metal oxide nanoparticles of different sizes and types. 본 발명은 제1 금속 산화물 나노입자를 포함하는 제1 나노입자; 제2 금속 산화물 나노입자를 포함하는 제2 나노입자; 제3 금속 산화물 나노입자를 포함하는 제3 나노입자; 실란 커플링제; 및 유기용매;를 포함하고, 리튬 음극 보호막 코팅에 사용하기 위한 코팅 용액에 관한 것으로, 본 발명의 리튬 음극 보호막 및 그의 제조방법은 크기 및 종류가 다른 금속 산화물 나노입자를 포함하는 코팅 용액을 적용함으로써, 전지의 안정성이 향상되는 효과가 있다.
