Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to a double-sided adhesive film and a method for removing a double-sided adhesive film, wherein the double-sided adhesive film comprises: a first adhesive layer formed with a first adhesive composition and disposed on a first surface of a double-sided adhesive sheet; and a second adhesive layer formed with a second adhesive composition and disposed on a second surface which is a back surface of the first surface, the first adhesive composition includes a polymer and a first photoinitiator, and the first photoinitiator has an extinction coefficient of 0.8 or more at 380 nm at a concentration of 0.1 % and is included in an amount of 0.5-5 parts by weight with respect to 100 parts by weight of the polymer. The double-sided adhesive sheet is selectively removed from a wafer and a carrier glass so that the double-sided adhesive sheet can be removed cleanly without causing damage to the wafer and the carrier glass.
본 발명은 제1 점착 조성물에 의하여 형성되고, 상기 양면 점착시트의 제1 면에 있는 제1 점착층; 및 제2 점착 조성물에 의하여 형성되고, 상기 제1 면의 이면인 제2 면에 있는 제2 점착층;을 포함하고, 상기 제1 점착 조성물은 폴리머 및 제1 광 개시제를 포함하며, 상기 제1 광 개시제는, 0.1% 농도에서 380nm의 흡광계수가 0.8 이상인 것으로, 상기 폴리머 100 중량부 대비 0.5 내지 5 중량부로 포함되는 것을 특징으로 하여, 양면 점착시트를 웨이퍼 및 캐리어 글라스로부터 선택적으로 박리하여, 웨이퍼 및 캐리어 글라스에 손상을 주지 않으며 양면 점착시트를 깨끗하게 제거할 수 있는 양면 점착시트 및 양면 점착시트 박리방법에 관한 것이다. |
