검출기 디스크(detector disc)는 최하부 디스크 및 최상부 커버를 갖는 디스크 본체를 포함하고, 최상부 커버는 제1 구멍을 포함한다. 센서가 디스크 본체 내부에 배치되고, 최상부 커버의 제1 구멍을 통해 외부 환경에 노출되도록 포지셔닝된다. 솔리드 스테이트 센서는 화학 가스 오염물들의 레벨들을 검출하고 화학 가스 오염물들의 검출된 레벨들에 기초하여 검출 신호를 출력하도록 구성된다. 마이크로제어기(microcontroller)가 PCB 상에 배치되고, 검출 신호 내에 구현된 화학 가스 오염물들의 검출된 레벨들로부터 측정 데이터를 생성하도록 구성된다. 무선 통신 회로가 PCB 상에 배치되고, 무선 통신 회로는 측정 데이터를 무선 액세스 포인트 디바이스에 무선으로 송신하도록 구성된다. A detector disc includes a disc body having a bottom disc and a top cover, the top cover including a first aperture. A sensor is disposed inside the disc body and positioned to be exposed to an external environment via the first aperture in the top cover. The solid state sensor is adapted to detect levels of chemical gas contaminants and output a detection signal based on detected levels of the chemical gas contaminants. A microcontroller is disposed on the PCB and adapted to generate measurement data from the detected levels of the chemical gas contaminants embodied within the detection signal. A wireless communication circuit is disposed on the PCB, the wireless communication circuit adapted to transmit the measurement data wirelessly to a wireless access point device.
